Quotes and scheduling
Quote requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours depending on urgency. Service is confirmed only when we accept the run in writing or by phone and agree on pickup and delivery windows. Same-day and STAT work depends on availability at the time of the call.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and sealing specimens, medications, records, and equipment in compliance with applicable regulations, and for providing accurate pickup and delivery information and authorized recipients.
Liability
Battleboro LLC maintains commercial coverage appropriate to medical courier work. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, incorrect address information, or a recipient unavailable at delivery.
Privacy and PHI
Handling of information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send protected health information through the website form.
