Our contact form collects the name, company, email address, phone number, service type, pickup and delivery locations, and any message details you choose to submit. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request, quote the work, and coordinate courier service. Quote requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours depending on urgency.
We do not sell or share your information
Battleboro LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is disclosed only where required by law or where necessary to perform the courier service you requested.
Protected health information
Please do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or other protected health information (PHI) in the contact form. It is not a secure channel for PHI. Call 904-351-8143 to discuss specifics. PHI encountered in the course of courier work is handled under HIPAA-trained procedures and documented handoffs.
Retention and deletion
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed for the request and our business records. To request a copy or deletion of the information you submitted, email clarence@battleborocouriers.com or call 904-351-8143. We will confirm and complete deletion requests promptly.
