Third generation logistics.

I started at 14, tarping flatbed loads and learning dispatch for my father in North Carolina. He had one rule: the load goes out right, or it doesn't go out. That's still how I run every route.

I served in the Navy, then spent twenty years in customer service, sales, and negotiation. I've been delivering since 2001 and running medical courier routes since 2019.

I'm a Six Sigma Green Belt, which means I optimize routes and engineer errors out instead of driving around them. When a pickup window slips, I fix the route, not the excuse.

Battleboro is small on purpose. You get the same driver every run, my direct number instead of a dispatch queue, and records you can hand to an auditor.
